FanSports provides fantasy football player rankings and analysis. We offer both free (limited) and premium (full) access to our rankings data.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Premium access requires a one-time payment of $19. By purchasing premium access:

• You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Premium access is granted immediately upon successful payment
• All sales are final - no refunds unless required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our rankings data without permission
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FanSports, including rankings, analysis, and methodology, is the intellectual property of Ernest/FanSports. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fantasy football involves unpredictable outcomes. Our rankings are opinions based on analysis and should be used for entertainment purposes. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy of player performance predictions
• Success in fantasy football leagues
• Continuous availability of the service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FanSports be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.
