Terms of Service

1. The Service

FanSports provides fantasy sports rankings, statistics, analysis tools, and community features ("the Service"). The Service is informational and entertainment content only. We make no guarantee about fantasy outcomes, the accuracy of projections, or the results of decisions you make using the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, other users, or these terms.

3. No Gambling

FanSports is not a gambling service, does not accept or facilitate wagers, and does not provide gambling advice. Any decisions you make in paid fantasy contests operated by third parties are yours alone and subject to those parties' terms and your local laws.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Refund requests can be sent to ernest@fansports.com.

5. Community Content

You retain ownership of content you post (questions, comments, votes) and grant us a license to display it within the Service. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes others' rights; we may remove content and restrict accounts at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Data

The Service displays data from third-party sources (including Yahoo, Sleeper, ESPN, and public sports statistics providers). That data belongs to its owners, may contain errors, and can become unavailable. Connecting a third-party league account is optional and governed by that platform's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's rankings, analysis, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
